Refunds and Returns
I want you to be happy with your purchase.
I realize that sometimes it is hard to purchase online due to variances in monitor colors. If, when you receive your item, you are not happy with it, you may request to return it within 15 days of receipt (via Tracking Number), for a refund of the cost of the item (less shipping fees that you paid).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return it carefully packaged in the original package. If it is not packaged properly and returned broken it is not eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds – Sometimes it takes a while for your refund to show up in your statement
If you haven’t received a refund within 3 to 4 days of me letting you know it has been issued, first, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
I am no longer responsible if your package shows delivered. However, I will do what I can, on my end, to help you locate your package.
Defective or Damaged Items
I want to make sure your item arrives intact and take great pains to package it well. I rarely lose a piece while in transit, however, stuff happens.
If your item is RECEIVED broken or damaged, please send me a photograph via text RIGHT AWAY along with a photo of the packaging. (918-413-2820) . I will be more than happy to replace it, let you choose another item of the same cost, or refund you.
